Since 2005, Iceland’s fourth governing principle after Simplification, Focus and Accept Reality has been “and hopefully have some Fun”. We like our people to be able to get together, let their hair down and enjoy themselves as well as learning more about the business and their colleagues at our annual conferences for retail managers and our head office team.
